Exchange

Products may be exchanged if received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • In original packaging
  • With tags intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return unless damaged.

Refunds are processed only after successful quality inspection.
