Refund Policy

We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it with original tags attached.

Refund Processing Time: Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original method of payment (such as UPI, Razorpay, or credit card) within 5 to 7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items: Please note that custom-made outfits and personalized accessories are final sale and cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged.
