Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window: Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not yet been processed or dispatched from our facility.

How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, you must contact us immediately by emailing [aartinakum15102@gmail.com] or calling [97272 31825] with your Order ID.

Refund for Cancellations: If your cancellation request is approved before the order is dispatched, we will initiate a full refund. The refund will be automatically routed back to your original payment method and will reflect in your bank account within 5 to 7 business days.

Dispatched Orders: Once an order has been handed over to our shipping partner, it can no longer be cancelled.
